AutoTradeCenter, Inc., (ATC) is a leading automotive e-Commerce company. It specializes in online remarketing of used vehicles between large volume sellers of vehicles (rental companies, lease finance companies and automotive fleet companies) and automobile dealers. Responsibilities include:

· Blackbox testing front- and back-end of various private label applications for all major car brands in the US and Canada.
· Developing test cases from product marketing documents.
· Developing easy steps to reproduce bugs and report them to FogBugz bug tracking database, follow up on bug reports progress, perform verification tests upon bug resolution and indicate results in bug tracking system.
· Working directly with software developer team and product management.

10/05-03/06: CafePress.com, Foster City, CA

CafePress.com is an online marketplace that offers sellers complete e-commerce services to independently create and sell a wide variety of products, and offers buyers unique merchandise across virtually every topic. It is implemented using the Microsoft .Net framework running C#.

· Blackbox testing various modules of the Web-based e-commerce application.
· Focused on testing several new projects including: Order Splitter, Ghost Image Design, Gift Certificate, Payment System.
· Worked with HTML code of web pages to identify and report software problems.
· Identify software errors. Develop easy steps to reproduce and report them to a Bugzilla bug tracking database. Follow up on bug reports progress.
· Perform fix verification test upon their resolution and indicate results in bug tracking database.
· Develop test cases based on provided technical documentation for multiple parts of the application.

Euclid Computers is an online hardware retail store, distributor of brand name computers and peripheral devices. It is implemented using CGI Perl scripts and MySQL database running on Linux / FreeBSD servers. Blackbox testing all front- and back-end site interfaces:

· Customer front end: search, online ordering, shipping options, order tracking, pricing, online chat

· Order, email, voicemail, gift certificates management system

· Product inventory management browser interface, data export / import system

· System for deployment and verification of images and specifications

· System to generate listings for external search engines

· Visitor statistics analysis system

09/99-06/02: Docent, Inc., Mountain View, CA

Docent, Inc. provides eLearning software and services to enable exchanging of knowledge among large enterprises, educational content providers and professional communities. Background includes testing of C/C++ and J2EE based client/server and web applications, workflow management, content delivery and presentation, and Internet portal applications.

· Provide functional blackbox testing of Docent Enterprise™ - integrated suite of complex multi-tier functionally rich Internet-based learning management, learning content delivery and business performance management applications.

· Define and develop system test plans starting with just an engineering requirements or functional specification

· Development and execution of automated smoke test and stress test scripts for client and server applications using SilkTest

· Work with various third party applications integrated with the company products

· Provided troubleshooting of the web pages to the HTML code level.

· Install, configure, administer and troubleshoot various test environments including Web Servers, Application Servers and Database setup.

Tested Writer's Studio Online (WSO) - web-based extension of CCC's Writer's Studio software for students in grades 3-8, Reading Adventures Primary (RAP) - multimedia literature-based educational program for elementary school students developing their reading, writing, and language skills. Responsibilities included:

Installation within different product bundles on various system configurations: Windows / Mac, peer-to-peer / network / standalone, new / update

· Testing functionality with typical third party applications that would run on the system at the same time. Applications included: At Ease, Fool Proof, McAffee Virus Scan, Norton AntiVirus, Microsoft Office, Claris Works, Microsoft Encarta

· Testing functionality for various operating systems (Win 95/98/NT, MacOS 7.6/8.1/8.5) with various hardware parameters (CPU, RAM, Audio) display and network settings for various servers (Novell, AppleShare, NT)

· Testing Adobe PhotoDeluxe 2.0 plug-in host functionality (import, format and export modules)

· Functionality and regression testing of new builds
